💼 Role Summary:
As the Social Media Marketing Manager for Plant Cafe Seoul - one of the leading plant-based cafés in Seoul - I oversee the café’s digital presence, focusing on strategic content creation, performance analysis, and community engagement. Through a consistent and data-informed content strategy, I aim to increase online engagement, drive more foot traffic to the café, and enhance the brand's identity as a warm, conscious, and inclusive space.

💡 Responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute a weekly social media content calendar, including 2 Reels and 2–3 static feed posts
2. Write captions in a casual, friendly tone aligned with Plant’s brand voice
3. Analyze post and story performance using Instagram Insights and adapt strategy accordingly
4. Engage with our community via comments, DMs, and story interactions
5. Shoot and edit photo and video content using CapCut and Lightroom
6. Collaborate closely with the kitchen and café team to launch new menu items, including:
‣ Concept development for new seasonal items
‣ Styling, photographing, and promoting new dishes on Instagram
‣ Designing and updating the in-store and digital menu to match seasonal launches and promotions
7. Brainstorm monthly content ideas and share performance-based suggestions to grow and maintain brand presence
8. Stay on top of plant-based food trends and café culture to keep Plant’s content fresh and relevant

My content strategy focused on making Plant feel like a "friend you want to grab coffee with.” Everything from copywriting to visuals emphasized comfort, authenticity, and care - matching the café’s eco-conscious values and welcoming atmosphere.
